Welcome to the World Animal Network Group (WANG). I am an independent stray animal rescuer and feeder based in Malaysia. I rescue animals that can no longer survive on their own, including those that are blind, paralyzed, severely injured, or abandoned.
On 28 June 2026, I came across the case of Wang Wang, a mother dog who was brutally tortured and killed in Jieyang, Guangdong Province, China. Although I have witnessed many heartbreaking animal cruelty cases before, this one affected me differently. It inspired me to create the TikTok account @wangwang.co1 to raise awareness and seek justice.
The response has been incredible, with compassionate people from around the world standing together for Wang Wang. However, due to TikTok's restrictions and repeated Community Guidelines violations, I can no longer share many important details there.
That is why I created this website.
This platform is not just about Wang Wang. It is a place for people around the world who believe animals deserve kindness, protection, and justice. If you know of an animal cruelty case that deserves to be heard, wherever it happened, please reach out. Together, we can raise awareness and give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves.

The world is devastated about the lack of animal protection laws in China, and especially that China has not banned the dog meat trade, and dogs are brutally tortured and slaughtered 365 days a year, dogs that China classified as companion pets, but are still being treated so cruel and used for the dirty practice of dog meat served in restaurants throughout China. This barbaric practice is an atrocity on God's precious creatures and companion pets that are beloved and cherished by Chinese citizens. Also, dogs and cats are being tortured, filmed, and posted on social media to make dirty money. This is sick. China claims to be so beautiful and economically stable but still permits such dirty barbaric practices. It is a stain on China and on Chinese citizens and travellers who want to visit China but don't because they are sickened by the barbaric and dirty practices happening all over China. Dogs and cats deserve better, they deserve a loving home, kindness, and to be cherished. They are sentient beings that feel pain and suffering and heartbreak. I pray in the name of God Almighty that China would use the CCP to prosecute animal abusers, and ban the dog meat trade across all China. It is not healthy and is a stain on the country.

Wang-Wang was just a mother dog who, despite her situation, lived a happy life with her babies. Life took a cruel turn when ahe came across 5 satans. It took one kind person to take her and her babies home, but she met those satans instead. I'm sorry life was so cruel to you and you babies. He was beaten until his skull fractured and his brain was exposed. Nails were driven into his head. They shoved a wooden stick up his anus that tore all the way through his body to his stomach. He was found the next day still alive. He had to be euthanized because the injuries were too severe.
